If you purchase our Jewelry Extended Warranty your jewelry will be protected for an additional 2 years!
We will replace any jewelry purchased from Blue Monarch Co if for some reason the product malfunctions within normal wear and tear. Our warranty will cover manufacturing defects, stone loss and plating issues. It does not cover theft or loss.
If for some reason, your warrantied piece of jewelry is no longer available, you will be given a piece of your choosing of equal value or equivalent store credit.
Once your piece has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your warrantied item. If it is approved, we will exchange the piece. Refunds will not be issued for warrantied jewelry.
