Sterling Silver Blue Lavender Butterfly Necklace

A few years ago, shortly after my husband passed away, I stopped by Tania’s booth and purchased a beautiful butterfly necklace. Butterflies had become a symbol of hope and a way for me to feel connected to my husband, so that necklace quickly became one of my most treasured possessions.

Absolutely love this necklace, and all that it stands for. Life lately has been difficult, putting it mildly. A surgery a year the last 6 after an injury. 20 years into my forever and he left. The butterfly has always been special to me. Even more now. This necklace reminds me daily of what a butterfly goes through to transition into its beautiful self. I wear it to remind me that now is not the time for me to give up. Now is the time to keep fighting. So close to finding my wings, my happiness. The weight of this necklace keeps it from twisting around my neck lays beautifully and stays put all day. I have a jewelry box full of treasures that I will never wear again, many costing stupid money. Yet this one is my favorite. The workmanship is beautiful. I wear it almost daily. I was planning on keeping it for myself, but my son saw it and needed a gift for his sister (my daughter). He loved it, confiscated it, and will be gifting it shortly. I'm sure my daughter will love it as well.
